Novotel Harbin Zhongyang Street

The location is great, right next to Saint Sophia Cathedral and just a few hundred meters walk from Central Street. It's super convenient to stay here. I checked in late, and they even upgraded my room for free, which was a really nice experience. Plus, there was no noise at all.

The hotel is new, and the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent. It was a pleasant stay, and I'll definitely choose Novotel again when I'm back in Harbin.

The hotel is conveniently located near Saint Sophia Cathedral, Daoli Market, and Central Street. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the breakfast is plentiful. It's perfect for business travelers and tourists, with plenty of local snacks available nearby.

The new hotel is great! The humidifier and air purifier worked perfectly, and the room was spacious. Towels were changed daily, and they were very generous with bottled water. The hotel's location right by the church made it super convenient for getting around. Plus, the washing machines and dryers in the hotel were fantastic! A few things to note: When I first entered the room, there was a slight odor. Also, the bathroom towels were placed on the automatic-flush toilet, and the lid wouldn't close in time, so I had to move them. The bathroom was very well-sealed, which made it a bit stuffy. There were many staff at the front desk, but it seemed like only one person was cleaning our floor. She looked very tired and busy, but she was incredibly warm and efficient.

I booked the Novotel Central Avenue based on good reviews, and my actual experience far exceeded my expectations, so I extended my stay for another night. Both the front desk and housekeeping staff were very polite.

The overall decor is simple yet elegant, and the lobby is bright and clean. The room has excellent natural light and ventilation, and it's well-equipped with quality toiletries and plenty of hot water. It offers great value for money and a very comfortable stay!

This was my first time visiting Harbin, and I was so lucky to stay at the Novotel. The location is incredibly convenient; you can walk to St. Sophia Cathedral and Central Street, and it's only about a 20 RMB taxi ride to most attractions. There's a bus stop right outside and a subway station a short walk away – truly convenient. What I loved most was the service; they were so accommodating. I had a small issue during check-in, and the front desk resolved it quickly and efficiently. The room was spacious, bright, and very clean, equipped with a refrigerator, humidifier, and air purifier. The TV even shows the real-time status of the laundry room. Oh, and you get free laundry and drying! Of all the hotels I've stayed in, their washing machines are the largest – my hoodies and pants were dry after about 50 minutes of drying. You absolutely must try the free breakfast; they have freshly fried *Guo Bao Rou* (sweet and sour pork), which is crispy and delicious, plus made-to-order noodles, congee, and various steamed buns. The variety is excellent, and it's all complimentary. The best part is that all of this, including everything mentioned above, costs just over 200 RMB. I highly recommend it!

The front desk staff were super friendly and check-in was very quick. The hotel's environment and location are also great, with plenty of dining options nearby. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!
