房間雖然不大但乾淨整潔，床單被罩跟新的一樣，暖氣非常熱乎，地點好，就在工大西門口，去工大校園很方便，以後還會入住。

雖然門面不大，但裏面客房挺多，房間乾淨整潔，被鋪也是乾乾淨淨的，暖氣很足，交通便利，步行去地鐵站六七分鐘的樣子，周邊吃飯的小館子不少，價格實惠，天天溜達完回來擼串，吃飽喝足打包杯茶百道回賓館，擼擼那衹叫灰灰的大臉貓，三天過得愉快極了，梓苑不錯，好評，爾濱很好，再次好評！
