Mansion 1903 Hotel

Initially, I booked this hotel because I was drawn to its century-old elevators, a unique feature. My child was amazed by the grand, gilded lobby. But what truly stood out was the exceptional service. A staff member helped with our luggage upon check-in, and when my child forgot their homework, they even printed it out and delivered it to our room. During our stay, a kind housekeeper laundered our clothes and brought them back. Since our train wasn't until the afternoon and my child needed to do homework, they even provided afternoon tea. On top of all this, the hotel's location is fantastic, making it easy to get to all the attractions. It's highly recommended, especially for families with children.

The complementary photoshoot was a huge hit with the little princesses! The afternoon tea provided was also lovely. The hotel's decor is beautiful, and the location is great. Breakfast was incredibly rich and varied. It would be even better if they offered popsicles.

The century-old mansion is absolutely brimming with character, and its European architecture is simply stunning – perfect for photos! The location is superb, offering a peaceful retreat right in the heart of the city, with core attractions just outside the door. The room was spotless, and the facilities were new and complete. The humidifier significantly enhanced the comfort of our stay. The service was thoughtful and meticulous, with a warm attitude that made our check-in to check-out experience very pleasant. Everything – the environment, cleanliness, and service – gets full marks. This was definitely the most satisfying accommodation choice during my trip to Harbin!

The hotel's location is very close to tourist attractions. The rooms are clean, tidy, and beautifully decorated, and the hotel itself has a unique character. The staff are warm and attentive, and they even gave us a souvenir when we checked out. Highly recommend staying here!

This hotel is full of history, right next to Central Avenue, just a few steps away from famous restaurants like Moderne Hotel and Portman's. They even have a century-old elevator! The service, especially, was top-notch. 👍

Excellent location, right next to Central Street. The staff were proactive and friendly, and the room upgrade was great value for money. The facilities were well-maintained, and the environment was clean. Both breakfast and afternoon tea were delicious. We also got to dress up and take photos, experience the hundred-year-old elevator, and received complimentary tickets to the Russian Fairy Tale Museum. Finally, we were given a souvenir. It was a fantastic start to our Harbin trip.
