大家千萬不要去！！！！！首先衞生非常的臟亂差一進屋一股老頭味可薰挺了，房間到處是灰，背上還有頭髮，地板也不乾淨其次就是他家的服務態度非常的差，前台是一個老頭按理來説長者家都是和藹可親的讓人尊重的可他不是他的態度非常不好，動不動就和你喊，現在外面的温度是29度了我覺得到了用空調的季節了我們去找他要空調他態度非常不好，還説讓我們加錢15塊錢一天我沒看到過還有二次收費的現象，不給用就不給用吧態度還非常不好，感覺想把我們吃了，那屋裡死悶的，還不給空調他家的價格還不便宜，感覺是去遭罪的。總結！！！！千萬別去他家衞生不好，服務態度不好，該給用的東西還不給用，簡單是去受罪的。。。。。。

位置可以去哪裡都方便，房間可以很大，床單不怎麼乾淨，房間裏很冷，去吧枱問問可不可以開空調，開空調要15一一小時這不霸王條款嗎？在一個説了開房間都包括了空調的費用。

年年都去哈爾濱幾次，長這麼大住的最差的賓館，一進屋臭的味道直刺鼻，床品味特大，坐床上都能聞到，要求換床品，告訴自己換，牙刷硬的不敢用，木梳是舊的，上面都是黑泥，老闆態度也很差

服務我覺得非常一般，我們兩個大人帶一個孩子，問前台要一床被子和一個枕頭給小孩用都説沒有，第一次遇到這種事。房間裏衞生一般，空調遙控器沒有，問前台要，給出的答案是現在不算太熱，用不到。關鍵我不是要涼風，我是需要熱風，屋子裡太冷了。第二天早上八點多通知前台一會退房，結果我們人還沒有走，打掃衞生的人就敲門，告訴他們大概十分鐘左右離開，他們開門就在門口等着，素質可見一斑。説白了就是睡一宿覺，給我的感覺不太友好。
