當天14:03到達了賓館（有的士付費記錄佐證）前台一直催打掃！先到附近吃飯等房間清理！我們等到14:54交了按金才給了一間我們到達後退房的房間！吃飽回來又説房間有漏水情況需要修理！我們就沒等直接去中央大街！20點左右回來吧！房間是拿到了！沒熱水！沒聽錯！説是需要到凌晨三點才有熱水！！無語到了極致！當然員工的熱情是它的加分項！可是…住了三個晚上…退房！要我們12點準時退？我就懵了！之前14點退的是有多交錢？還是…怎麼樣？我跟她説我們就在附近50米不到的餐館吃飯！回來就走！還陰陽怪氣的！我們是到了晚上才拿到房間！我也不説什麼住滿24小時！按照14時入住24H熱水！這兩個哪個做到了？真的很讓人反感！打掃了這麼久煙灰缸有煙灰！洗手間有長頭髮！床上有毛髮！被子是被煙燙破洞的！入住前有提供手機！我不希望被打擾到！！

地址很好找導航很清楚，前台特別熱情服務態度很耐心，環境衞生乾淨整潔，裝修很喜歡有新意，酒店在地鐵站附近出門也很方便，超級滿意，下次來哈爾濱還住這裏

不太好，來旅遊，距離地鐵口有點遠，家庭房旁邊挨着酒館，隔音不好，很吵，還不能退，豪華套房，説兩個1.5米的床，可以住，實際衹有一個床，另一個沙發床，衞生不太好，家庭房裡麪衹有一個超級小的窗户，正常窗户的三分之一

追評一下，感覺不錯滴，和其他賓館風格不同，很有氛圍感。前台姐姐接待服務都很好，美中不足的就是隔音不太好，但是所有賓館基本都不怎麼隔音。總體來説相當不錯

環境可以，價格也合適。但是沒有窗户的屋子太暗了，把所有燈都打開也很昏暗。另外，屋子的隔音極差，旁邊的酒館一整天都在開着KTV，讓人無法休息。
