這家店從開業至今，我就一直住。特別好。乾淨，價格親民，且服務態度也特別的好。 隔音也挺好的，睡得踏實。如果覺得冷了，秋冬還有免費的空調，並且空調會熱乎，不像別人家的不會熱。 總之，在我這個老顧客來説，是非常喜歡他家的。

服務：太差，房型沒有還繼續售賣是怎麼想的？
衞生：要求打掃衞生也不打掃 必須上午打掃 我住好幾天為什麼衹能上午打掃房間？
説了別打電話 還是上午打電話打擾我 我已經續住了還偏要固定時間才能打掃房間麼？

不是第一次住了，位置環境衞生都OK的，但是這次服務感覺讓人很不適，給升級了房型，但是前台告訴我一個人的話就不要使用另一張床了，哈爾濱的服務再次刷新我的認知，不會再訂了

因為前台的兩個姐姐喜歡了這兒的居住環境。本來就很喜歡住在這兒，每次出差衹住他家。乾淨，大，床品也舒服。前台的兩個姐姐也特別貼心。服務態度也非常好👍所以來了哈爾濱就衹住這裏。位置去哪裡也方便，也好找。

酒店位置還可以，離哈西萬達不算遠，但是周圍交通有點擁擠，可能跟正好是週末有點關係，不過這裡是眾多酒店組成的酒店公寓，住的人相當多，高峯時等個電梯要好長時間，房間衞生還可以，就是淋浴間的門封閉不嚴，水都灑出來了，提供的毛巾浴巾可能是洗的次數太多了，磨的挺厲害的，而且好像不是送出去洗的，都是自己洗了晾在走廊裏，這個也有點不太好，服務人員態度不錯
