晚上千辛萬苦坐了滴滴到了賓館門口，後面給我送到了另一家賓館去了，然後另一家賓館晚上去了熱水器沒有熱水，體驗感極差，既然掛在平台上有房間且本人購買的記錄，所以不管我到店時間是多少都應該有房間才正常吧？

房間有一股味道，湊合住還行。衞生間的一次性牙刷有一支已經開封了。燒水不能用房間的水，很臟，前台也不會説，還是我自己發現的，前台説幫我燒好了送過來，然後等了半小時也沒來還得自己去問。不過位置確實很近，10分鐘就到機場了，接送機服務不錯。

接機服務: 接機師傅很準時，態度很友好。詢問明天去哈站怎麼坐車，也告訴的非常詳細，而且店裡明天給送到公交站點，真的謝謝啦！
衞生：酒店衞生很乾凈，住的也舒心。下次如果再出行住店，肯定是這家了。

晚上跟他們預訂好的時間，早晨沒有履行，給我們私自更換時間，險些誤機，他們説45分鐘就夠，但是我常年飛哈爾濱早班機，知道早晨機場人多，建議不懂就不要做這方面生意，拋開水平不説，至少應該尊重客户意見吧？

隔音太差，開關門還聲音很大，影響睡眠
wifi信號不穩定，時斷時續
一次性的牙刷，牙膏質量太差了
是老房子改造的，設施比較舊
衞生總體比較整潔，服務也還行，接送機比較及時，離機場比較近
