設施較老，但屋裡很乾凈，暖氣超級足，光大膀子都沒問題，開着窗户都不冷，晚上蓋被子有點熱，入住感受很不錯，前台服務特別熱情，要的東西都滿足，推薦的幾家美食走兩步就到，而且味道不錯，離店開發票特別周到，感受到了爾濱人民的熱情好客👍

環境就不用描述了，像個塵封已久的雜物間，隔壁的風機一直在嗡嗡作響，沒法入睡，問題連洗手的水都沒乾淨的，更別提刷牙洗臉了，要拿房間來做特價房，麻煩也稍微好點的，老闆格局要打開……

單人間房間環境較小比較擁擠但是設備挺全的。
服務態度差：早上7點多服務人員在沒有敲門和允許的情況下直接打開房門，問我“不是已經退房了嗎，怎麼還有人呢” 沒有確定退房房間號直接開門進入讓人很生氣。
