設施很老舊 像旅店一樣。床單看着挺乾淨的。老電視幾個台.一開門就異味撲鼻 很大很大的下水道反味兒 （不開空調睡不了 味道很大）睡眠不好的慎重考慮 路邊 車很多 很吵。訂完看評價 有旅客評價説有攝像頭 沒敢脱衣服睡覺。特殊情況 想延遲到兩點前退房 直接拒絕 過12點一分鐘都不行 都要花錢。送了早餐 我説不用了但還是送了（ 早餐挺好吃 ）水在前台領的 説是送的 正常沒有 反正不會再次選擇. 而且沒經過允許就私自進入房間 我私人物品都在房間沒整理真的很無語 （我早上八點出去 十一點回來的）直接房卡就不好使了 開不開門 保潔來了就問退不退房退不退房 老闆強調完12點前退房保潔又來説 .

很方便，本來是準備住7天，還有為了趕早上的飛機定了一晚機場附近的酒店，結果發現這個酒店旁邊就是機場大巴，最早4：20發車的，完全時間來得及，就退了那邊的酒店續定了一晚，酒店大哥頭天晚上還問我們第二天幾點的飛機，説如果他起來了就免費送我們去機場，但是我覺得能夠自己解決的問題不用麻煩別人，第一天剛到酒店的時候就聽到説大哥送一個趕飛機的客人去機場了，兩兄弟人都很樸實，特別是弟弟，性格開朗，熱情，還給我和我家孩子送了兩瓶格瓦斯，説是當地的特產飲料，下次再去哈爾濱肯定還是住這裏了
