Shangri-La Harbin

Right by the river and super close to the subway station. We stayed here again last night with the kids, and everyone, from the doorman to the staff in the lobby, was so welcoming and friendly.

The room was very clean, and the service was up to Shangri-La's usual high standard. Warm and attentive. From the entrance to the lobby to the room service, everything was excellent. My child didn't have time for breakfast, and they thoughtfully packed it up for us. You can always trust the quality of a big brand. The hotel is a bit old, and the room isn't large, but the view is great.

Spontaneous family trip, booked an executive suite. Since it's a luxury room type, we got a separate check-in service and dinner was provided. When we got to the room, we found the extra bed already set up. The room was incredibly quiet, with an air purifier and humidifier, making it very comfortable. It's the best luxury hotel I've ever stayed at.

The hotel's location is quite convenient for getting around; it's a short taxi ride to any attraction. However, I have to admit, the hotel is definitely showing its age. You can see it in the facilities, room layout, and size. But I chose it because of the Shangri-La brand; I'm used to staying at Shangri-La hotels everywhere, and the service here still meets Shangri-La standards. A big thank you to the executive lounge staff for their excellent service. My only wish is that they would continue to offer drinks during the evening hours, like other Shangri-La properties.

Excellent location with a great view and very attentive service. What really touched me was when my child got sick during our stay; the floor attendant handled it promptly and checked in on us multiple times afterwards. Shangri-La's service is truly commendable!

The room was a bit small, but everything else was great! The service was excellent, and it was very clean. I loved being able to see the frozen Songhua River and the Ferris wheel of the Ice and Snow World. The indoor temperature was also perfect, not too hot.
