前台小姐姐人很好，酒店服務態度也很好，不厭其煩，都很能幫客人着想，有什麼事情也會盡力解決，酒店位置很好找，是大型酒店，有電梯，房間很安靜，也蠻乾淨，安保也很好

給一分是被逼的，因為沒有0分。房間估計有個十一二平方，房間小就算了，牙具盒那個盒子都發黴了，發臭了。如果不是晚上太晚，肯定不住！攜程也太扯了，這種破賓館怎麼可能有4個鑽呢？頂多80塊的賓館，居然要六七百 。南方小土豆那是網上的謠言，實際上就是南方大水魚，我發誓以後都不來哈爾濱。

我不怪你價格高，畢竟酒店行業旺季價格兩三倍是很正常的。我很想問攜程，你們攜程四鑽的評定標準是什麼，這個酒店連像樣的門頭和前台、餐廳、洗衣房都沒有，更沒有任何服務。酒店衞生間小得轉不開身，衞生也差，並且沒有淋浴，衹有頂噴，衹想洗頭洗腳是不行的。我是看重你們攜程四鑽的加持才定的酒店。北京的四鑽住過，連漠河那麼小城市的四鑽都不會這樣，無法理解。

第一次到哈爾濱，就遇上這樣的經歷。這間酒店除了位置優越，就沒有其他了，房間空間很少，把行李箱攤開也有難度。
在這裏訂了四晚的房間，第一晚到來，氣温零下27度，酒店水管爆了，沒有熱水供應，我除咗不安與焦慮就沒有其他，致電到前台，起初他們説在搶修，最後連電話也不接聽了。第二天起床水管還沒有修好，衹有和酒店洽商退房，酒店方面也很快地答應了，房錢也立即退了，但之後搬酒店也足以延誤了我一天的旅程，這衹可以説是一個人生經歷吧！不過我永不想再有這些經歷了。

我拿他當東北老鐵，他拿我當小土豆，環境臭哄哄，地暖不暖，關鍵是洗澡沒有熱 而且衹有淋浴 沒有噴頭 噴出來還是冷水 昨天晚上我簡直了 透心涼心飛揚，希望南方的小土豆避坑啊，本來哈爾濱就冷，它第二天續房直接漲到500多 我勒個豆

來哈爾濱旅行，本來在另外一家酒店住的，但是他們沒房不給預訂很是無奈，趕緊在網上看看附近其他酒店，上午想着能不能入住呢，給前台打電話，同意提前入住，奈斯，住房的時候前台還會問有沒有住哪的要求，很貼心，服務態度超級好，挺專業，房間乾濕分離很合理啥也不耽誤，在冬季的哈爾濱房間還挺熱的，走的時候行李還可以免費寄存又玩了一天，整體來説這家酒店的服務特別熱情，貼心，滿意，下次來玩還住他家
