Wanda Realm Harbin

Facilities: A bit old-fashioned, giving off a 'fading beauty' vibe. Cleanliness: Decent, didn't look too closely. Environment: Nice environment, you can tell it was glorious in its past. Service: Pretty good, standard hotel service. Breakfast was good.

The front desk staff, Yuting and Jinyue, were incredibly helpful and had a great attitude. I'll definitely be back!

If I'm in Harbin's Haxi district, Wanda Realm is always my top choice. This time, I picked it because I was accompanying my parents for a medical check-up at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University. The service was excellent, the environment was elegant and comfortable, and the room was spotless. It even happened to be my birthday, and they surprised me with a birthday cake! Such thoughtful and meticulous service!

Pretty good, just a standard stay. The food nearby is decent, the bed was really comfortable, the room was very clean, and the service was excellent. There's also a Yan Shou Yi BBQ nearby that's incredibly delicious.

We stayed in a family room, and my child said it was the best hotel he's ever stayed in because it was a Detective Mike 🐅 themed room. Of course, he thinks every hotel with a unique feature is the best; he's such an easily pleased kid! But I really should praise this hotel, ⛺️ it's excellent.

Not bad. I think Harbin is okay, but the robot delivery was too slow. We waited for ages, and in the end, my husband got impatient and went down to pick it up himself. The concierge was unhelpful and shirked responsibility.

It was alright. The cleanliness could use some improvement. There was a black footprint in the bathroom, and what looked like urine stains around the toilet. The staff were all very nice and promptly re-cleaned it. I hope the hotel pays more attention to this.

The hotel's amenities are quite good. The room comes with a minibar and daily fresh fruit, and the service is excellent with great hygiene. The hotel gym and pool are also very nice, with each treadmill thoughtfully equipped with towels and water.
