Always a Shangri-La fan, this stay at the Shangri-La Harbin Songjiang was full of pleasant surprises! A huge shout-out to the Executive Lounge team; they provided attentive and thoughtful service from check-in, through afternoon tea, dinner, and breakfast the next morning, making us feel right at home. The room had a great view of the Songhua River, and overall, it was a very comfortable stay. I'll definitely be back if I get the chance!

We stayed from Feb 15–19, 2026 in the Executive Suite River View King (room 2116) with breakfast and lounge access. The hotel truly lives up to its comfort.
