Traveling during the 5.1 holiday, booking this hotel is very cost-effective, convenient for dining, free parking, and opposite is Sunac Mao Hot Snow Miracle. I didn't know it was on the underground first floor when I booked it. The room was not small, but a little depressing. The window was small. The facilities were pretty complete. The lighting was a bit dim, but overall it was OK.

The house is great, the front desk service is very good. We booked two nights. Because I arrived late, there was no good room on the first day. The front desk specially upgraded us to a better room on the second day. Absolutely great people!!!

The appearance is gorgeous, but the reality is dirty and messy. The lady at the front desk called me in the afternoon. She also confirmed the information and said that she would reserve a room for me. I thought the service was really considerate, but I didn't expect that when we arrived at the hotel at 9 o'clock in the evening, they reserved a basement room for us to stay in. They said that if we didn't want to stay, we had to pay to upgrade to a suite. It was difficult to book a room during the May Day holiday, and the room fee was twice as high as usual, which put us in a dilemma. In the end, we had to stay. I couldn't accept it when I entered the room. The windows looked like prison windows, which was tolerable. What I couldn't tolerate was the musty smell and the dampness. The carpet was so black that it had lost its original color, and the sewer pipe in the bathroom rang all night. The child fell asleep in the middle of the night. This is the worst room I have ever stayed in. Don't consider this hotel if you bring children with you. It's really painful.
