The lady’s at the reception were amazing and very friendly. They helped me with so many things. But I think the hotel should upgrade their amenities because like to use a fridge to cool my drinks I had to come down to the reception to do that and it really didn’t feel right !

酒店晚上蠻安靜的，一點不吵.差評是給白班女經理的，她把車子停在酒店正門口，堵在停車場進口，是停車場進口！停車場出口被其他車子堵住。既然已經沒有出口的情況下不能也排在其他車後面停？把進口讓出來嗎？倒車是可以出去的，本來就是把車倒出來的小路就可以出去了，結果堵了很久，打電話不接，接了之後不挪車，再次打電話，又進酒店找，等了很久才算出來把車子停去停車位，作為酒店工作人員這樣好嗎？這一點真的一塌糊塗！還有就是酒店剛訂好，降價了。（這都是其次）早晨着急參加婚禮，打算忙完接下來幾天住在這裏的，算了！！不會在住！

一星都多給，400的房費你們酒店不配。什麼玩意，臟的不要不要的，洗澡的台階還往外滲水，前台員工聊天聲音震耳欲聾，老闆親戚都不好這麼侃大山吧，一點都不專業。就這服務還敢上這價格，真***啊。
