I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was exceptionally tidy and well-maintained. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. They handled everything with professionalism and a friendly attitude, making my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, my experience at this hotel was excellent.

We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights in December. The rooms were standard. We were allocated rooms that faced the main st. So, it was noisy with cars honking and people talking. There was a beef noodle shop within walking distance from the hotel. The restaurant is close to a 7-11. I recommend guests to this hotel when visiting Harbin. Breakfast was good enough. However, there were not enough tables during peak hours of breakfast time. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning a trip to Harbin. It's affordable, close to tourist attraction, and staffs were willing to help although their English was limited.

Clean , comfortable rooms and walking distance to the railway station, Sophia cathedral.

The hotel is good, the rooms are comfy and well-equipped with kettle, TV, automatic curtains, among other things. Location is okay, near the metro station (straight line to Central Street Zhongyang dajie) and 5 min walking distance from Harbin Railway Station. Laundry service is provided at a cost of around 8 RMB.

The hotel appearance is OK. However, we were not satisfied with the cleanliness. The hotel needs to improve its hygiene and the daily cleaning of the rooms. Additionally, we didn't like the fact that the laundry service has an additional cost. The booking app made us believe the laundry service was free but it wasn't. Furthermore, we had to download an app to use the washing machine and dryer, which was another inconvenience since one of our cellphones was not compatible with the app. The location of the hotel is not very convenient if you are using a car. If you are walking, then it's OK since the metro is not far.

Nice hotel close to metro line 2 which is convenient to go around Harbin in particular the Ice & Snow World and Central Street. Free self service washing is a plus. But the best is Tony and his team were super helpful and sincere in helping us which make our stay very pleasant. They even gave us welcome souvenirs 😁

The location of the hotel is very good, in the city center, close to the station, not far from Central Street, can be reached on foot, the environment is clean, the bedding is comfortable, the breakfast is relatively rich, the manager of the special restaurant Mr Tan is very good, it is worth praising. I will back to stay there again

Friendly and helpful front desk! However, unlike other hotels, they do not provide mobile numbers for guests to order delivery so it will be a little difficult to order food if you do not have a china mobile number. Their room space is normal size, with a sofa by the window, and their toilet is clean too. Bed is comfortable and we even watched morning TV while having breakfast before we head out. Overall, definitely will stay again if we come back again!

Location is walkable to central street but it is still quite a distance. There are other options nearer to central street. If you call a didi car , it has to make a big U turn to arrive at the hotel. Rooms are very small , the bathroom is very small too. Service was not good, housekeeping refuse to wash a coffee cup that I used on the 2nd day morning and kept it unwashed till the day I checked out despite me requesting it to be washed. Breakfast was average.

Hotel is located right opposite of Harbin Railway Station. It is a 20 mins walk to St. Sophia Church however in the winter, walking is difficult due to harsh weather. Location is near to many attractions within 10 mins away via Didi. Room was very clean and the receptionist was pleasant to deal with. However, would have appreciated if the staff could help us with the luggage as the cold weather outside was harsh to even open the hotel entrance door. Other than that, everything about this hotel was great.

Very comfy room and staffs are very nice ; however, location might be a little far from walking street.

The hotel not suitable for family, far from the tourist attractions, almost 15mins walk, old and dirty room. Not recommended.

It was very fun to stay at the hotel. The room was clean, big and comfortable. We really enjoyed the stay.

Not impressed with this "Marriott" hotel...nothing like 5-star. Room is small.
