We have enough rest by spending the night in the hotel.. the kids enjoy Volga Manor ice slides, tubing and other entertainment. At night can walk around near hotel. They don’t provide halal option but kind enough to give us white rice.. thank you for your service!

The place to stay overnight at Volga Manor. Note that taxi cannot come in they can only pickup/drop off at park gate. Room and breakfast is adequate though a bit expensive.

Fantastic hotel. Clean rooms. Although this is a popular tourist attraction, they had no Western breakfast options. Overall great experience

In terms of staying here, it's still very comfortable. It's very clean, but it costs 1100, which is equivalent to 2 bedrooms and 1 living room for 1 night in the scenic spot. This price is actually not bad. However, the same thing that makes all scenic spots unsustainable is that the service training is very poor. If cars are not allowed to enter the hotel entrance, you must take a battery car in the scenic spot and drive the battery car driver. I am not the driver of the hotel, so the service to tourists is very poor. There is almost no service and I am too lazy to move my luggage. When we went there, the driver helped us move it. When we came out of the hotel and reached the gate, the driver on rainy days completely ignored us and I was the one who moved it in the rain. So if you come here and want to stay in this hotel, its connectivity is particularly poor. If you can't live with it, don't live there. Secondly, the food was simply inedible, which was a disgrace to the entire Northeast. The Northeast is rich in products and the pasta is so delicious. If you hire a pastry chef, you can make delicious steamed buns and flower rolls. However, the 58-person buffet is all pre-made garbage. You can look at the photos I took. The wontons are so small that a bowl of seaweed cannot be soaked. Who taught them how to make wontons? The wontons were on the plate next to me. I thought they had to be boiled before being put into the bowl. Unexpectedly, they were scooped directly into the bowl, ladle out some soup and that was it. That amount of noodles, that amount of marinade, I can't even get enough for one bowl. In the end, these meals were basically inedible. How bad were the boiled eggs? Not only was the shell difficult to peel, but the core inside was also blackened. I don’t know how long they had been soaked. Don't live here, don't eat here.

We waited for the shuttle bus, but there was no place to put our luggage. The design of the hotel is like a guest house in the 1960s and 1970s. The elevators are not like hotel elevators, which are like those in ordinary office buildings. The lobby and restaurants are not marked, and there are height differences in the corridors... Look at the pictures to identify them!

The label seems to be a four-star hotel, but it is actually about the level of a three-star express hotel. This price can be booked for a five-star hotel in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai, but it is acceptable in scenic spots. The indoor heating is sufficient, and the location is close to ice and snow projects. It is indeed a good choice for travel. Before leaving, the whole family was very dissatisfied with the buffet breakfast, which was really too bad! There were few varieties and it was still cold. Four people were given four cups of milk and a plate of bread and two dishes of side dishes. In addition, there was only one fried egg to eat. It’s not an exaggeration. The first time I went to the buffet breakfast, I walked back and forth twice and only picked up a fried egg😓

There is a hotel shuttle bus from the ticket office directly to the hotel door. The hotel room is very clean, and the family room has two toilets! The manor has a beautiful environment and is well worth it! In addition, the breakfast is also very good.

It turns out that staying at Volga Manor during the tourist season is a wise choice. The hotel is a European-style building located next to a birch forest. The rooms are warm and the snow-capped scenery can be seen everywhere outside the window. The manor covers a large area, and it takes two days to fully explore the attractions and recreational facilities. Here we experienced the joy of snow tubing, the beauty of the sleigh train, the excitement of the castle slide, and the Russian architecture everywhere❄️The White House in 2024 is always worth remembering❄️

Very satisfied. There is no snow in Harbin city, but there are places to play in the snow here. The hotel room is spacious, the temperature is suitable, it is very quiet when resting, and it is convenient to go to the play area. The nearby dining places are also very convenient, and there are shuttle buses for pick-up. The buffet next to it is 70 yuan per adult, which is a very fair price in the scenic area.

The room is quite big and the service is OK. It is mainly convenient to stay in the park and travel around. When I checked in at noon on the 18th, it was raining lightly and the snow had melted, the ground was wet and dark, all the projects were not open, and my heart felt cold. As a result, it started snowing at five o'clock in the evening. After dinner, the world was completely white, and the children were all having fun. It snowed + cooled down, and all the snow sports were opened the next day. I played them all early in the morning, and I was very satisfied.

It is so convenient to stay at the Shirakaba Island Hotel. I opened the curtains early in the morning and the fairy tale world appeared in front of me. The children rushed out to play in the snow, while I took pictures everywhere. After breakfast, I quickly took advantage of the fact that the tour group did not come. I played the big slide a few times, and there was no need to queue at all. When I left the park at noon (to catch a flight), it was so crowded! The only fly in the ointment was that on the first night in the snow and ice, I dragged my family's large and small bags to the door to transfer to the shuttle bus. The driver was completely indifferent and did not help at all. The breakfast was average and the bathroom in the room had a peculiar smell. But it doesn't affect my love for this place. I will book here again next time and hope to stay a few more days.

The suite is still a happy theme, and the children like it very much. There were a lot of people there at 12 o'clock. The luggage storage did not affect the play. The manor is very beautiful. I didn't miss the play and performance. I originally wanted to book two nights. I called in advance and felt that one night was enough. The accommodation also had a car to pick up from the entrance of the scenic area to the hotel, which was quite good.

This hotel is very high-end and the experience is particularly good. The breakfast is very delicious. I will come again in summer. The whole manor is too big, and one night is really not enough. I will stay 2 more nights next time. Arrive at the entrance of the manor, check in, and then an internal sightseeing car will take you to the entrance of the hotel. Get the room card at the front desk and check in directly. Leave the hotel, catch the train, and wait only a few minutes for a car to pick us up and take us to the entrance of the manor. This place is also very suitable for bringing children to play.
