One of the very satisfactory accommodations during this trip to Harbin; before I checked in, hotel customer service Alisa called me early to learn about the guests, room preferences, and any other special requirements in advance. She also asked for help during the check-in process. Regarding our opinions on the hotel, we actively asked if we would like to delay check-out before checking out. In short, the service was very warm and considerate! The room was prepared in advance before our family arrived at the hotel, and the forest oxygen bar room was thoughtfully upgraded. The PM2.5 in the room was dynamically detected in real time, and the greatest attention was paid to the health of the guests. The hotel swimming pool is very good, although it is not large. , but it is very well maintained and the water quality is exceptionally clear.
