Hilton Garden Inn Bel Air

The property was very clean and accessible. The room was spacious and the inroom ammenities were very nice.

Considering hotels in a similar price range and in this vicinity, I would give my stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Bel Air a 9 out of 10. What stood out to me the most was the friendliness and helpfulness of staff the entire time during my stay. Other perks included its location to the interstate, ease of access to restaurants, and proximity to nearby towns. The breakfast was also fantastic and I particularly enjoyed my conversation with their delightful staff. What brought my rating down a bit was the cleanliness of my bathroom (I found hair from previous visitors in unexpected places) and their consideration of guest placement. Regarding the latter point, the visitors across from my room had a dog that consistently barked loudly during my stay, which made it somewhat difficult for me to work in my room. To increase the comfort of their visitors, this location should consider physically separating non-pet and pet owners into distinctive areas of their establishment. Admittedly, these are small gripes and I would definitely stay here again when I'm visiting the area. I hope that this review is helpful and safe travels everyone!

Arrived a mess, as we had booked a different motel, upon seeing the condition of the room, we couldn't stay. Jumped on Hotels to book this room, WHAT A RELIEF, front desk staff was fantastic, she got me checked in so quick and it was off to the room. The room was exactly what I would have expected. Clean, modern fixtures and hook ups for USB chargers (USB-A if you're wondering) the bathroom was well set up and very well lit. I really prefer leaning towards warm white with the lightbulbs, it's subtle but it makes and huge difference and they hit the mark. The room was bright without being sterile or cold. Furniture was all in good shape and the chair and table in the corner were a nice touch. Bathroom and bedroom area were very clean, to credit the hotel, they had literally a 20 minute advance warning of our arrival because we got to the other place, realized we immediately got to finding something we could stay in, so they had no chance to touch up, and it was still perfect.

The room was clean and larger than it appeared in the picture. Bathroom was clean and had ample hot water. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was ample. Parking was safe and secured. Anytime I'm in the Baltimore area I'm staying here.

Zan is amazing receptionist, room was not clean properly, there’s a food left in the fridge, but the manager was able to move us to a different room. Overall Experience is amazing

Comfortable bed, clean building and rooms. Great customer service. I believe they charge a fee for breakfast and I did not use any amenities so cannot rate them.

Beautiful place. Great amenities and clean! Excellent value. Made to order breakfast was ok but nothing special but good price.

Everything was perfect, nothing was out of place, room was spacious, and staff made me feel like I was more than welcome. I will always choose this location cause it’s 100% outstanding service.
