When I originally phoned the hotel I requested an early check in as my son was getting married at 2pm. I was asked to call the day before to check times which I did, as they we're still unsure I was asked to call again the morning of arrival. The receptionist was extremely helpful and said we can arrive for an 11 check-in but as there were 4 of us we would be on separate floors which wasn't a problem. We arrived at 11am to be told we were on the same floor as she had managed to jiggle the rooms around. We wanted some more tea, milk and sugar for our room and we're given a handful of everything which was great from the very helpful cleaner and again for the other 2 people in our party at the front desk who again couldn't have been more helpful. The self service breakfast was brilliant. Couldn't fault anything. Thank you again for accommodating our needs.
