Back at the Travelodge in Harlow again. Nice and clean again, staff really friendly. Thank you to Kieren on reception for help with WiFi & finding my train times. Can’t wait for my next visit.

I had wonderful experience at hotel shaheen was very friendly kind and helpful and professional throughout my check in and stay. The service was excellent and everything was handled with care and attention I really appreciated the warm welcome and hospitality. Thank you Shahin for making my stay so enjoyable!

Unfortunately, my experience at this Travelodge has been extremely disappointing. What should have been a straightforward and comfortable stay has been made much more unpleasant by the lack of professionalism I have experienced. One of the biggest concerns has been hearing a few members of staff gossiping about customers and making inappropriate comments about them. This is completely unacceptable and very unprofessional. Customers should be able to expect privacy, respect and basic professionalism from hotel staff. I strongly believe management needs to investigate what has happened and take appropriate action. In my opinion, some of the staff involved should not be working in a customer-facing role. Overall, a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this Travelodge.

Nice room clean with all the usual Travelodge facilities. Ideal for train station and Stanstead airport. Would use again.

We stayed over the bank holiday weekend and from the first moment to the last the service was exceptional.Chris and Rohan were outstanding and were always available and helpful. They definitely made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended

This was a nice little stopover on my travels from the East Midlands to West Sussex. The car park's on a first come, first served basis; I arrived around 6, on a Sunday, and was surprised at how full it was. That said, it wasn't too difficult to find a space, and I was happy to see a tablet at reception, to enter my car reg into. There are quite a few other Travelodge's that don't offer free parking, so I consider the tablet a treat! My room was comfortable, and nice and clean. The reception was welcoming. Shout out to SHAHEEN, who greeted me with a lovely smile, and was very helpful!

The room was comfortable and convenient but be warned, there's no air con so the room is unbearably hot in a heatwave

Stayed overnight due to long distance travel. Excellent service, Rooms clean and comfortable and very impressed with the Manageress and her friendliness, support and service. She deserves a special mention for helping me find a Newspaper near by. Thank you so much. Richard.

Great location for family trip to London . Close to airport. Free car park. Amazing park just outside with pet corner

The location is really great for work but what made our stay amazing was the wonderful staff. Ray, Bobby and Millie made sure all our needs were in hand and always professional, friendly and accommodating. Rooms were always clean and fresh. Great size rooms and super comfortable beds. We will certainly come back and thanks again to all of the Harlow front desk team! 100/10 :)

Friendly welcoming reception, great size clean rooms, always available top up service, tea and coffee on hand, everyone willing to go the extra mile. Meals available right next door. We will always choose Tavelodge Harlow when in the area. Leanne and Shaheen made sure our booking dates ran smoothly when we extended and Keiran sent me to work on a happy note!

Very good stay .nice prices and clean and tidy hotel. Great service from Millie and Leanne
