Modern Premier Inn, clean and tidy with normal comfortable beds. Check-in went smoothly. We had a very big bedroom here and a large TV otherwise it was a typical modern premier in room. The water pressure was a little low on the sink but not a problem. Breakfast was next door in the Potters Arms which was probably our best Premier Inn Breakfast experience, great service from Joanne and had a nice touch with teapots and milk jugs.

Lovely clean hotel with great staff especially the young man on afternoon shift when we arrived he went above and beyond to help ,pub was nice but sadly closed on Monday and Tuesday so had to eat elsewhere,Tesco across the road was handy

Two guests in room 212 and one towel between us. Sink tap didn’t work properly and the room was so cold I had to sleep in my coat. No one around to speak to. On my return home I emailed but received no response. A good nights sleep guaranteed? You are joking!!! Won’t stay here again, have stayed here a few times as it’s a central meeting point with friends….never again!

Apart from the restaurant being shut and having a poor breakfast option, the hotel, service, room and bath! Were great and exactly what I was after. Quick check in. Easy parking. Thankfully a big tesco across the road

Stayed here as a stopover for 1 night whilst visiting family for Christmas. We were on the first floor looking onto the car park. The hotel is clean and tidy rooms are quiet. unfortunately my wife had an accident whilst trying to get into the bathtub for the shower and slipped and smashed her face causing severe bruising to her face eye and inner thighs. We reported this straight away however the gentleman on reception could not have cared any less. We believe there was cleaning residue left in the tub (or not fully washed off). This tarnished our stay a little , hence the 3 stars.

Out of all the hotels I stayed at in Harlow when visiting family, this has been the best. Clean, comfy, quiet and the cheapest :) Having food places right on the doorstep makes it a better location than the rest.

I was greeted by Ryan and Dawood both of them were amazing all weekend so polite,welcoming and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable,there’s a lovely feel and so quiet. I would definitely recommend this hotel

lovely stay. good car park and easy location with tesco opposite. tesco has charging points for electric car. breakfast good standard. room temperature spot on. comfortable bed and room nice and clean.

My Stay was comfortable. Staff always pleasant to see. Restaurant not open which was unavoidable, they called me to let me know so i could seek alternative arrangements, which i appreciated. Premier beds are always comfortable, great shower and peace and quiet. Overall Church Langley is my favourite to stay at.
