Lovely, well-maintained home! Everything in the house was clean, organized, and labeled. The hosts were excellent communicators and responded efficiently when we had questions. Exactly what our family was looking for during our stay on the Cape.

Wonderful hosts. House was very clean, well organized and many amenities. Updated bathrooms, large completely stocked kitchen with everything you could possibly need. The back deck was large and looked out to a spacious backyard. Family members loved the large outdoor shower. The property is centrally located. Highly recommend staying here.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. As for ideas about improvements, the mattress on one of the beds was soft and one of the pillows was very flat. Also, we recommend that guests and owners together fill out and sign a check-in/check-out form.

Fantastic place. Clean. Updated. Comfortable. Enjoyed a nice family cook out with fire pit on our last night. Highly recommend the location as well. Outdoor shower was a plus! Especially from all the sandy beaches.

Wedding Weekend on Oak st We stayed here over our wedding weekend. This property is exactly as listed and more. Penny and Scott were easy to communicate with and provided so much more than listed. The house was in perfect condition and had everything we needed. The outdoor shower was the best part! This home has a special place in our hearts and we will absolutely be back. Cozy, clean, 5-star amenities This was the perfect spot for our end of summer family get-away! Close to beaches, restaurants, stores, yet in a quiet street. The accommodations and amenities were truly 5-star. Fully stocked kitchen, fresh cut flowers, plenty of (soft) towels, and everything was super organized. I sooo appreciate this as we really didn’t have to buy much other than a few groceries. The outdoor shower was also fully stocked with shampoo and sugar scrubs… the perfect way to clean up after the beach while you sip a beverage on the back deck. We felt at home and our kids are already asking when we can come back.
