On the edge of the dunes , two pools . We had the dinner and breakfast included in our stay. Both nice . The beds are super uncomfortable. The air conditioning in our room sounded like a spin cycle of a washer so we couldn’t sleep with it on . Staff are lovely. Wifi spotty

Very clean... authentic resort! Love the Desert Moroccan theme throughout, the building and cosmetic design was well appointed. 4x4 treks including Camel treks all done via the hotel....4x4 drivers are great! Camel trek was a dream! Our camel handler took us to the top ridge of the highest dune to see the sunrise....what a life experience! The whole aspect of friendly guide, the ease of the camels and awaiting the sunrise was truly a dream moment to last a lifetime! Staff at the resort are all helpful , attentive, very friendly....Food at the restaurant was exceptionally good! Nice big selection, and desserts were wow! Soooo yuumy! Thank you Chefs! The rooms were well themed to the area, clean and modernish... If your out walking at night, press any of the buttons next to any of the rooms, as they turn on lighting the way through the hallways and stairways. One improvement i could only see...is the lighting over the bathroom sink, could use more lighting.

Our group stayed at this hotel for 1 night. The hotel itself was very comfortable and enjoyable. The meal options were very good as well. However, the hotel manager was rude and unprofessional. I observed him not being very respectful to our tour leader.

The room design is wonderful, it was a very different experience next to the desert, I recommend it. Best regards to the sand castle hotel. See you again

Çölün dibinde bir otel. Sabah kahvaltısı ve akşam yemeği bence yeterliydi. Sıcak su sorunu yoktu, internet hızı da iyiydi. Personeller güler yüzlü ve yardımseverlerdi.

Piacevole hotel situato in una bellissima posizione ai piedi delle dune. Camere spaziose, accoglienti, ordinate e pulite. Sala ristorante ben tenuta e con servizio attento e professionale. Buffet vario con proposte ben preparate sia ai pasti principali che a colazione. Due belle piscine per i momenti di relax di cui una proprio di fronte alle dune.

Mooie Kasbah, maar oud en afgeleefd. In 2 van onze 3 kamers werkte de airco niet. Totaal afgeleefde badkamers. Vriendelijke mensen en lekker eten. Ook zwembad is aan dringende vernieuwing toe. Hotel van gemiste opportuniteiten, je kan best iets anders zoeken zolang Tombouctou niet grondig vernieuwd wordt.

Quedamos encantados, muy bonito, súper atentos, regentado por Roger, las habitaciones muy cómodas, limpieza muy bien, desayuno muy completo, cenamos en el Restaurante del hotel comida marroquí, super rico todo. Bien ubicado, totalmente recomendable

Très bel hôtel dans une kasbah très très bien rénovée. Les chambres sont toutes différentes et la déco est magnifique. Il y a aussi plein de petits produits marocains dans la salle de bain et un toit panoramique pour prendre le thé sur les hauteurs de Tinghir. Nous y avons mangé un bon tajine dans une tente berbère dans le jardin et le lendemain nous y avons pris le petit déjeuner traditionnel. Rien à redire sur les plats. Le jardin au centre de la kasbah est arboré avec une piscine et des transats Par contre, cet hôtel était sur le chemin de Merzouga mais Tinghir est plutôt une ville perdue. On se demande où on tombe. Nous y avons passé une bonne soirée et je vous le recommande comme hôtel étape si vous passez dans la région.

Ottimo hotel a ridosso di bellissime dune in pieno deserto; camere arredate in stile berbero davvero accoglienti; ristorazione di livello con servizio curato, solerte e gentile. Il top sono le due piscine esterne con vista raduno di dromedari e dune che cambiano al volere del vento...una chicca. Un piacere soggiornarvi

Bella struttura alle falde delle dune di sabbia, camere spaziosissime, ben arredate in stile arabo, piscina con vista panoramica sul deserto, ristorazione e servizio di qualità. A disposizione anche una SPA interna ed una seconda piscina nei suoi pressi. Super consigliato per una sosta nella zona Alessandro

Wij hebben met Adi een prachtige woestijn ervaring beleefd in het Berberkamp van dit hotel. Alles was goed geregeld, het ontvangst, de opslag van de bagage, de kameelrit in de woestijn, zonsondergang bekijken, diner in het Berberkamp bereidt door Ali en een nacht in de woestijn slapen. Bij terugkomst was er ontbijt en een douche voor ons in het hotel. Een onvergetelijke ervaring.

Grande e bellissimo hotel con vista sulle dune di Merzouga. Ha due piscine scoperte, una più riparata ed una più aperta, proprio con vista sulle dune. La camera è molto spaziosa, con tre letti singoli ed ampio bagno con doccia. Un pò buia, ma comoda. Wifi in tutti gli spazi. Pasti a buffet: molto buoni i vari tipi di carne e le verdure a pranzo, poca varietà a cena. Buono il buffet della colazione. È presente una piccola Spa, ma occorre prenotare per tempo i servizi

Muhteşem bir otel . Işık kirliliği olmadan gece gözlem yapmak, sabah güneşin doğuşunu izlemek muhteşem bir deneyimdi. Ayrıca yemek kalitesi ,havuzu, oda dizaynı harikaydı. Eşimle birlikte çok keyif aldık Tüm otel çalışanlarına teşekkür ederim.
