I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to the team at Centara Hotel Hat Yai for their outstanding support during my recent stay. The staff were incredibly helpful, attentive, and always willing to assist with any needs during last few days floor incident. The kindness of hotel by granted 50% extend stay and provide lunch and dinner for us is truly kind and warm, and I was impressed by how well they handled updates and communicated important information about the floor . Their support during the situation on the floor was especially commendable—they responded quickly, remained calm, and ensured guests felt safe and well-taken-care-of. Thank you to the entire team for going above and beyond and we are now safety touch down to our home country. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hat Yai and appreciate the dedication shown by all the staff. Keep up the great work!
