Reviews of Clover Hotel Hatyai

Its clean and the location is in the city. It’s near to lee garden and even Kim Yong market. The customer service is good attitude and the most important is the parking. The parking is available and easy to park.

The staff rejected my request for changing a towel. I need to explain the reason for such a simple request.

Room was big and clean, front desk staff were really helpful and friendly. Since we drove, the location was no issue. Will definitely come back again!

This place is very clean, though bathroom is a little small but everything is great here. They come to clean the room everyday as well. It is a little inside so if you dont have cars it might be a little far, but consider not so bad location, there are nice breakfast and some cafes nearby in walking distance. If everyone recovers from the flood situation I think there will be more options of food and cafes to explore.

New and clean room, spacious, just the location of hotel slightly remote. High floor carpark provided, but don't found any 7-11 around

Simple but good enough. Worth it and not many complains. Probably the inly feedback would be mattress can be abit more softer, thats all.

The hotel are well strategically located near to Central Hatyai, Lotus and GO hypermarket as well as Hatyai Village. Room are huge and spacious as well as clean and neat.

I stayed at Clover Hotel Hatyai and found the room to be very spacious. The shower water pressure was strong, making it very comfortable to bathe. The customer service was excellent—they even helped us book a tuk-tuk.

Hotel is nice for long stay, room is big and location close to Bangkok Hospital

For those driving to Hat Yai, the hotel provides two levels of car parking, which is very convenient. The hotel is located on slightly higher ground compared to the Lee Garden area, making it a better choice during heavy rain or flooding. This location allows guests more time to prepare or leave safely if flooding occurs. During the flood, the staff were friendly, proactive, and extremely helpful, assisting everyone to move to safety. Overall, their support and hospitality left a very positive impression.

Luckily no kids staying in same floor as this is making noisy around sleeping area. Thanks hotel arrangements our room located. Everything was great and I can sleeping well . Will back again.
