Good location! Walkable distance to greenway night market. The best part is the hotel have private parking lot. Ps: they selling labubu also!

The place of hotel is in the center of town, its very convenient to go any place in short distance. Also the worker is very polite and kind. Will come again next time if I come Hatyai.

We booked very last minutes via Trip.com, a nice and clean budget hotel, location is nearby greenway with walking distance. 10mins drive to Lee Garden, suitable for own driving trip. The road is not so crowded, a few Thai convenience stores next to hotel. The hotel provides basic toiletries and towel, even better if can provide hair dryer, others are great!

The location is great with all sites in reach. Value for money but certain downsides too. Can’t be all good. 1. Bed too hard. Can feel the spring 2. TV has only Thai language 3. When asked for extra water, they will charge you for it Price you have to pay for the price

Pros - blackout curtain - water heater - high pressure water - receptionist can speak English - stainless steel kettle - mini refrigerator Cons - a few parking lot - extra pillow ( 15 baht) and blanket ( 100 baht ) - just one room key , cannot apply another room key - room 601 toilet bowl not function well ( can't flush)

Location wise very near to greenway nite market just 200m away. Easy check-in process. Just the drawbacks were less/limited parking spot, the room do have small ants roaming around and toilet not that clean where it have the lizard dung.

Walking distance to Greenwich Night market.. About 5 min... Then walk further about 10.mins can reach ASEAN Night market. Safe to walk around. Straight way to border can shop at Central Festival mall on the way back to border. Room very spacious. Everything work in good condition. No room connection so they gave us 2 room beside each other and in front lift. Parking have 2 location. One at the hotel not too many. But 2 lot afterhotel there is another parking lot. Overall OK.

Budget hotel with price you can't complain too much about. Room came with balcony, general cleanliness is acceptable. 1st night with 7 baby cockroaches and some ants. 2nd night with more baby cockroaches coming out, went out during the day to buy insecticide and fumigate the whole room, also borrowed the broom and cloth from reception to clean up the crime scene. Leaking water heater with extremely low water pressure for the 1st 2 days. Finally caved in to call the handyman to settle the leakage issue, was offered to change room instead (got an upgrade to family room opposite our room). Sprayed the leftover insecticide before moving into the new room (just in case). Family room space was huge, enjoyed our last 2 nights. Water pressure is much better than the other deluxe room but still on the low side, and on the next day, felt like somebody decided to do something about the water pressure, we had great water pressure, at least I get to enjoy for the last day. No cockroach infestations (only a few from the bathroom which we killed on the 1st day and none came back) compared to the other room. Location was great, about 7mins walk to Greenway Market, laundromat downstairs. No hairdryer provided but you can borrow from the reception. Minus the issue of cockroaches, I think it's decent price for the good location.

Room is clean and comfortable but balcony with a wall view. 5 stars for its location and peaceful surroundings. Friendly and helpful staffs. Please keep it up. Wanted to stay from 05-06Oct but it was fully booked.

The room is tidy, comfortable and toilet is clean.. will stay here again next time
