Accomodation was fairly difficult to secure in Hat Yai when I visited. This was one of the few remaining places that was reasonably cheap and available. Location was fairly central. I believe that the hotel is over 30+ years old and could badly do with a refurbishment. However the front desk staff were lovely, as were the house staff. A/C was old but did the job. Hot water service, bar fridge and jug all performed well. If I could offer one criticism, the bed was a king but it looked as though they made it up only using queen sheets. As a result, the sheets all departed the mattress during the night and I ended up wrapped up like a mummy. But, at the end of all this I believe it was good value for the money that was outlaid.

This hotel has been around for a long long time. It is far from the main shopping area in Hatyai but still popular with Malaysians. If you want a quiet stay with no hassle, this is the hotel for you.

A bit old style hotel. Service not bad If served with pack nescafe in the room is more better.

Hotel a bit old like 80’s, no refurbishment at all, furniture so outdated, poor sound insulation, bathtub very dirty and only can stand on above for shower, only provide 2 bottles drinking water, 2 small soap and 1 small bottle shower gel (not sure can use or not). No hair dryer provide and told by reception guests not yet return. Anyway the location are great.

Price cheaper. Room size big. Location downtown Hat Yai, very strategic. Receptionist very good and fast. Towel change every day, drinks serve every day. Hot water and bathtub okay.

It was a very old hotel and the facilities just at par. Couldn’t expect much as this is the only hotel available as it was Malaysia travel season so room are fully booked mostly

Check -in process was smooth and easy. The location, facilities, staff are all superb. Except for the iron. The hotel does not provide iron.

Good accommodation. Friendly and polite hotel staff. good location.
