This is a building by itself, walking distant to the old town district, and not far from any where , you can get around very easy with tuk tuk or grab. This hotel is very aged, cleanliness is still acceptable mean, but the room overall condition is "aged". First of all the bed is starting to make sound, the room size is fairly small, the partition and wooded part of room all starting to fell apart . And the bad thing the room is very dark.. in short, lighting is in sufficient even the room is small. We stay there for few nights, one of the nights, it rain and guess what, we on the top floor, so the roof leaks and we can hear the water is dripping heavy and fast on the the plaster ceiling above us... I try to ask for a room change the next day but since is CNY festival, all room is occupied, so I can only cross my finger not to rain again for the entire trip.. and thanks lord, no more rain for the next few day. Since this hotel is in the town, therefore the parking is quite limited, if the hotel space ran out you will need to park on the street. I think this hotel is good enough if you are solo traveller or stay at fair price, if the price is on par with others, I will definitely suggest others newer hotel for better stay.
