The best hotel in town...with the cleanliness and the world class service from all the staff ... especially Daniel and his team and Mr Charat and his team and all the lobby lounge staff and spa staff ...I'm always stayed at this hotel when I'm going to hatyai ...really like their services ...

Stayed at Centara Hotel Hat Yai during the 2024 Thai Chakri holiday as a transit before heading to Malaysia.
Why ? good value with limited high-star hotels in the tourist area and the staff are incredibly kind. However, the hotel is in poor condition and desperately needs refurbishment. It also has a musty smell, crowded with many Chinese Malaysian tourists during my visit.
Judgement: Won’t come again, don’t deserve 4 stars unless overhaul entire building.

The location was good . The service was not I expected as I ask for room make up but when I’m back it was not done .
The bathroom was too small hope can get me upgrade the next time on my stay .
I didn’t take in house food as I love the street food .
The staff at the lobby was very attentive n greets everyone when we are going to level 1.
He will be there pressing the lift even before we reach.

There are also other good hotels within 4kms away but centara sure thing beats the rest.

Location was perfect. Night market just below the hotel. Come during CNY there will be performance right at entrance area. But dont be fooled by the bathtub amenity. Trip says our room comes with bathtub but actually not, only have for the suites i think.

Food was I best I have tasted and it’s was all halal. Service was good but can still improved. Requested for iron and ironing board, was delivered immediately but was removed without our knowledge during housekeeping the next day. We wanted for our whole stay duration. Location was excellent with daily night food street and clothes in the morning till 11am.
