I would like to raise my concern regarding my recent stay at your hotel.
I booked 5 rooms for 2 nights through Agoda and Trip.com. However, upon confirmation, one of the rooms was cancelled by the hotel due to being fully booked. I accepted this and arranged for the affected guests to stay at another hostel for the second night.
On the first night, I requested 2 extra beds in one room, and I paid the additional charge of 550 THB per mattress. On the second night, I did not request any extra beds.
During checkout on the third day, the hotel reception suspected that we had "illegal stays" in the rooms. They asked me where we stayed the night before and even requested proof of booking from the other hostel. I feel this is not the proper or respectful way to treat paying customers.
I am very unhappy with the way this was handled. As a guest, I should not be treated with suspicion or asked to provide proof of my accommodation outside the hotel. This experience has left me very dissatisfied and I hope you will look into this matter seriously to ensure other guests do not face the same issue.
