Stayed at this hotel for two nights. Very good location, close to the Gion Shopping Plaza, walking distance to Jinrong Market, santisuk Market, Robinson Shopping Street and Oden Shopping Street. The train station is nearby and you can see the station building from the hotel. There are also many halal restaurants nearby...you can go around nearby. The room is spacious and clean, the bathroom is good, and the room service is good. You can easily go to other places by tuk tuk or double row car in front of the hotel. But make sure you will bargain. If I go to Hat Yai, I will definitely return to this hotel.

The hotel is very close to Hat Yai and is a central location. If you walk, you only need to walk a few steps to the central area. This electric kettle is very popular, with 2 sets of cups, seasoning utensils and spoons. This Nestle coffee 3 in 1 is not free. The price is normally 800 baht a day, but it should be adjusted in the future to include wireless and hair dryer. The waiter was quite friendly and the underground parking was very cool. Because this hotel is eating halal food, there is no pork here. But you can buy alcoholic drinks here. But what is uncomfortable is that this movie is all sounded in Thai. I really hope that the manager can handle this. The hotel rooms are still very good and clean. I still want to live here compared to other Hat Yai hotels.

It’s a neat & nice hotel but the staffs were not that friendly, no smiling face. The hotel don’t provide full toiletries like toothbrush and slippers. All need to request at the front desk. The wifi was not auto login and need to login every time whenever get back to the hotel. The hotel is located at a quiet end just behind the New Season hotel with spacious rooms. It’s a 10 mins walk to where Lee Garden eateries & night market are. It’s a 15 mins walk to Kim Yong market . Tuk tuk is ever ready at the doorstep waiting for a short trip elsewhere in Hatyai. A few massage shops across the hotel but I do not recommended as the fees are expensive than those close to May Flower Hotel or Lee Garden. There is a nice noodle shop opposite the hotel which is open from 6pm-330am. A tiny version of Big C supermart is located 3min walk from the hotel m trip and it was a pleasant stay! 😊 I love the hotel location very much, it's not at the busiest part of Hatyai but still a walking distance to Kim Yong market, eateries, and malls. It was a pleasant stay to me and my family! But I do hope the staffs at the front desk could have more smiling face to welcome us…

The location is great and has car parking available. It’s an old hotel with renovation. The room is spacious and clean. Their service is good. One thing I don’t like about this hotel is that their window is covered with blue film and it quite irritating to eyes. (You can refer to the photos I posted here) Other than that, this hotel is very value for money and that’s the best part! So, I still recommend this hotel to any travelers.

There must have been a receptionist conference happening because when I checked in there were seven ladies behind a counter designed for two. I had arrived before 2pm check in time but they took care of my baggage whilst I went out to get something to eat. I think it is inappropriate to put pressure on hotel staff to try and get an early check in, like I have read in reviews on TA. My room was spacious, clean, modern looking and everything worked just fine. Plenty of hanging space and shelving for clothes. Unlike others who find the most trivial things to complain about I think you would be hard pressed to complain about anything here. A personal negative was that all the cable TV stations were in Thai but that's not unusual throughout rural Thailand. No bid deal. There are also no restaurants nearby but there is a food market and Greenway Night Market nearby. Asean Night Bazaar is also within walking distance. Special thanks to the reception staff for their friendly and helpful demeanour. They sorted my tuk tuk for me so that I could visit specific attractions that I had researched as well as my taxi to the airport, both at reasonable prices. Taxis and tuk tuks do not have a very good reputation in Hat Yai.

Newly opened in February 2023, the hotel offers spacious rooms, with 5 distinctive room types. I would recommend this hotel to my friends as I really enjoy staying here. It was such a clean and beautiful hotel. Everything is great here. Just packed with all amenities. Beds are very comfy!! Staff are great and super professional. Speaks quite fluent English and super welcoming. I loved how they respected and behaved so well. Iron is provided by request. Not like any other hotel, they don’t have iron. Location is also strategic and good, nearby to interesting place and many attractions [around 5-10mins to Central Hatyai and Makro] Also, this hotel is close to Prince of Songkhla University. However, if you are driving do keep in mind that the road could be narrow but if you don’t drive, you can take “Grab”. Anyway, the food can order from outsides with the online food delivery service. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel!! Worth the price!!

GGuest UserIf you want to break your long journey while going to Koh Lipe, then Casa 33 seems to be the best place in Hat Yai. We arrive at Casa 33 at around 10ish in the morning from a long flight journey. The check in time is 2 o clock, but on request they were kind enough to give an early check-in. The room was really clean with a work desk & big bath tub. The only drawback of the room was that it was on the first floor adjacent to a common passage & hence you can hear sounds of people incase they are talking loudly. The lady at reception desk helped us book PakBara Pier-Koh Lipe common taxi which was around 600 Baht for two people (including luggage). The cafe there serves very good desserts & tea, we had the jasmine tea & french fries & it was really nice. We wanted to break our long journey before departing to Koh Lipe & hence we stayed at Hat Yai for one night. We visited the Buddha Statue giving amazing views of the Hat Yai City from the top, the Asean Night Bazar which had good shopping options at a bargain. There is nothing much to do @ Hat Yai & you dont find many tourists & the locals dont speak English & hence its really difficult to communicate. Grab Taxi is very efficient as we booked it three-four times at Hat Yai. In all a very good experience at Hat Yai & a must stay in Hat Yai is Casa 33. Cheers, Parth
AAnonymous UserEverything was good, except the breakfast place is too small! Breakfast time 7am-10am, we reached there 8am+, it's full house. It only has around 10 tables or less. We queue and waited for 40 mins in order to get in, so we have limited breakfast time. 😭 First ever had this kind of experience in hotel stay. Food option is limited but taste is good. Other than that, room is spacious and clean. Staff are helpful and friendly. Overall, I will still recommend this hotel but hope they can improve the breakfast place to accommodate more guests. 1 last thing, I love it that the room come with international socket + usb direct charging port, no adapter needed. 👍

GGuest UserVery clean and aesthetically pleasing hotel. Got my son and I a Duo room but the bathroom and toilet room (separated) were facing the beds so 1) every sound is audible 2) the doors were not opaque enough so we ended up hanging towels so as to not expose too much. Would be weird for friends or colleagues. Not much food choices on the same street but can easily order via Grabfood or walk abt 800m thereabouts to good food places like Kim Yong market or other 4*+ rated places on Google. hotel has no laundry services despite showing it on booking sites but there's a laundromat across the street abt 50m away. Staff are friendly, amenities are clean.

IijupsiregarLalita hotel has 3 floors, where we have to go up through the stairs there is no elevator. But the room is nice, clean and has a balcony so you can look out. For the bathroom, it's also very clean. The bathroom wall facing the room is made of glass so you can see it directly out. For breakfast is quite good, for the taste is quite good but a little kind. Staff are friendly but a little bit of English. For the location is quite far from the city, but for the hotel price is very affordable. Many instagramable photo spots in each hotel location.
DD.HoAfter we got back from Samui. Throw another night before going back home. Overall, if you want budget, low density and away from the busier street is a good choice. Aside, specifically asked for no corner room and the same floor with my boys. Hence, never happened.
Llaosnewhorizons** A Simple Stay**
Nestled in the heart of the city, the Hotel offers a modest retreat for travelers seeking basic accommodations without the frills. During my recent stay, I found the hotel to be adequate but lacking any notable extravagance.
Upon arrival, the check-in process was smooth, and the staff were courteous, albeit not overly attentive. The lobby exuded a functional charm, with minimalistic decor and seating areas that served their purpose without much flair.
As I made my way to the room, I noticed the corridors were clean but somewhat dated, reflecting the hotel's unassuming character. The room itself was spacious enough for a comfortable stay, albeit with furnishings showing signs of wear and tear. The bed, while not luxurious, provided a decent night's sleep, and the linens were clean.
One of the notable aspects of the hotel was its cleanliness; the housekeeping staff did a commendable job of maintaining tidiness throughout my stay. However, the absence of complimentary meals or even a breakfast option was disappointing, especially for travelers looking for convenience.
In terms of amenities, the hotel offered the essentials: Wi-Fi, a television, and a functional bathroom with soap. While these amenities sufficed for my short stay, they may fall short for guests expecting more modern conveniences or recreational facilities.
Overall, the Hotel is a budget-friendly option for travelers seeking a no-frills accommodation option in a convenient location. While it may not dazzle with luxury or amenities, it provides a decent, albeit unremarkable, place to rest one's head after a day of exploring the city.
IInbyFirst of all the location of the hotel in not as per the BILLBOARD they displayed on their page. There are similar bill boards named “Bhundaree” around 200m away frm hotel which is opposite songkhla university so our taxi driver dropped off there. When i entered the owner said i must go to the back that’s the actual hotel. Using google maps and his direction we actually end up in wrong street and someone over there guided to the actual place. Its actual spot is beside Big C convenient store opposite a Mansion and beside apartments. As we arrived at night arnd 8pm the front door was closed and we were panicked. There is a path to car wash beside the door so the car wash staff brought us to the inner counter of the hotel. Its actually too inside and as first timer we got confused and wasted time. Most of them are not English speaking so i had to used google translate to communicate. It was a hassle for a receptionist not an English speaking.
As we only stay one night we managed bt the room was all good . PLS BRING UR OWN TOILETRIES most budget hotel there dont provide toiletries. Thank god i brought after seeing no someone’s review. U can just walk to night food market and clubs nearby.
BUT to get a grab it would take time. Please dont use Maxim as the drivers there confused wt the place and keep cancelling. At last Grab saved us. I liked the place but not a go place again bcos its too inside.
Thank you.

GGuest UserThe property offers a comfortable size of room in a single separated unit that provides privacy from other rooms. It has a car parking spot conveniently next to the room. The towels are decently clean and the bathroom accessories are properly available. The bedsheets, the pillow covers, and the blanket looked rather old. I wished the room would have a fresher smell. For only one night stay with my family , it is considered decent. The location though is excellent as it close to the main road which easy in and out to Songkla Old Town and Hat Yai.
GGuest UserThis hostel was a nice find... friendly and quick check-in, small room with a bunk bed but very clean and with a view, as I was on the top floor (there's no elevator but I surely can use the exercise), bathroom is shared but also very clean, with toiletries provided...fast wifi...good location within easy walking distance from the railway station
