The hotel's location is beachfront, right next to the shopping street, Torii Gate, and the ferry. Our room on the 4th floor had its own mini-onsen on the balcony, with a view of the Torii. We really liked the room; it had everything you could possibly need: yukatas, bathrobes, pajamas, and even socks! The minibar was well-stocked with complimentary alcoholic beverages, water, and snacks. There was also a massage chair. The half-board option seemed great for locals – it was beautifully presented with a wide variety of dishes, a feast for the eyes, but unfortunately, not for our taste buds! The flavors were quite unique. On the top floor, there's a bar with complimentary drinks, ice cream, and snacks. From the bar, you can go up to the rooftop, which offers breathtaking views. This is definitely the coolest spot in the hotel! We loved the island; the nature is incomparable, and the deer are calm and well-behaved. We found a shop on the promenade selling soy sauces where you can sample them all, choose your favorite, and bring some home. Be sure to try the oysters with garlic butter – absolutely delicious!

Hotel location is excellent. Staff are helpful. Food is relatively poor. I have upgraded the food for my parents but both of them shared with me that the fish (eel) were fishy and bad-smell. We have ordered a grilled fish head but the staff gave us a fried one. O think I won’t come again and won’t recommend it to friends and relatives even the location is excellent and the staff are nice.

Had stay at a few ryokans in Japan but this ryokan has one of the best service!

The hotel has good location, within walking distance to the Miyajima ferry terminal, Itsukushima Shrine and the shopping street. The hotel stay, the traditional japanese dinner and breakfast is great. Staff service is also good. Check out time is early, by 11am but you can leave your luggages at the counter.

Cute, friendly and chill

This was my first time staying in a tatami room. Although it looked a bit old, I slept very comfortably. Unfortunately, I didn't get to use the hot spring during my period ♨️, but I'll save that for next time. The food at the hotel was excellent, and the staff were incredibly welcoming ❤️🔥. There were also complimentary drinks, alcohol, and ice cream available on the 5th floor.

The hotel doesn't even come close to being a 4-star hotel. The interior is cheap. I booked a room for $800, the beds were uncomfortable, and the minibar consisted of water, two bottles of beer, and one mini champagne. The only plus was the bathtub with a sea view. The service was terrible. My girlfriend started her period, so I asked for an hour's delay for an extra fee, but they told me it was strictly 30 minutes. They started calling. They immediately asked us to check out at 11:32. What's especially interesting is that they charged me a 150 yen bath tax upon checkout. This is complete nonsense; the room is $800, and they can't include 150 yen in the price... I generally feel that service is nonexistent in Japan, and even more so in this hotel. I'd also like to point out that the water in the bathroom smells of chlorine. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. The price doesn't match the standard, and an $800 room isn't worth it. $200 tops, and that's just for a bathtub with a view. I'll never stay at this dump again...

I consider this the best hotel in Hiroshima. It offers everything: location, facilities, service, food, and ocean views. Whether you're visiting with your partner or family, this is a hotel where you can have a truly wonderful time. I'd love to return to this hotel again if I ever visit Hiroshima again. It was the best ryokan I've stayed at in Japan. I wish you continued success!

The room faces the sea, the dinner and breakfast are delicious, the hot spring is free, and the VIP room on the rooftop has free drinks. The environment is great! The best hotel in the city! Highly recommended!

A great choice for staying on Miyajima Island, very close to Itsukushima Shrine, with excellent service, abundant meals, spacious rooms, and a traditional hot spring hotel feel.

The staff were all so kind and we stayed as a couple, and when we told them we were on our cycles, they gave us a complimentary gift, which made us really happy! Next time, we'll be married! Thank you so much!

The food was delicious and the service from the staff was great ♪ Drinks and ice cream were free in the lounge, you could choose your pillow, and there was a small hot spring, so it was a hotel I would like to stay at again.

I really like Jinshui Pavilion. I booked a sea view room for one night. The room is large, the environment is good, and there are large sofas and massage chairs. There is a terrace with a great view on the top floor, the fifth floor, as well as various free drinks and ice cream. The two meals of the hotel's one night and two meals are delicious and worth a try. Dinner is served in the room, and breakfast is served in the restaurant on the first floor. In addition, the free large hot spring and the private hot spring experience are very comfortable, and it would be even better if there is a natural landscape.

訂了一泊二食，第一次住和室，晚飯的時候店員會幫忙鋪好床，睡得不錯。頂樓露天酒廊可以看夜景，酒類齊全，冰激凌很好吃，非常棒。公共温泉也不錯。餐食是本地特色，喜歡鯛磯部揚、茶碗蒸和廣島梅酒。
