The hotel was clean, although there was a dance competition and it was noisy with young girls.

It was not a good stay from the beginning. Arrived at 2:30 after an 8 hour drive and they would not let us check in until 3. The rooms were adequate but no amenities (fridge/microwave) and the beds were rock hard. The pool was freezing cold and the hot tub was not in service. Housekeeping on the second day only emptied the trash and took dirty towels but did not make beds or leave clean towels. Also had 2 reservations because I added a day and even though we stayed in the same room still charged 2 separate deposits. The hotel seems as if it was better years ago, however the years have taken a toll. Would only recommend if just passing through not for a relaxing vacation.

The Raddison needs to be overhauled. Even if a room costs more money, it needs to be renovated. Also, it was hard to get hot water in my shower and the coffee maker in the room didn’t work. The front entrance wasn’t available for access as well.

Radisson Hauppauge unfortunately is run down and need for updating and repairs.
I had to change rooms 3 times upon arrival.
1st room, Heat in room not controlled by damaged thermostat.
2nd room, Tub didn't drain, phone didn't work, TV reception impossible to find a station without static.

My stay would have been excellent but there was no hot water and the associate at the front desk was very helpful and honest but the manager at the was lied about the situation. I spent my whole time there without taking a shower and felted very disgusted

We checked in and were not told that the boiler was broken and the hotel had no hot water. I tried to shower, and could not get the water warm. When my husband informed the front desk, they offered no apology, no compensation, and stayed there was no manager on site. We will never stay at a Radisson ever again. Very disappointing experience, and expensive to boot.

Outside lights to park didn’t work dark dinghy rundown water leaks and buckets everywhere, tv channels minimal and most filled with snow so you can’t see what your watching our phone in room didn’t work supposed to change it out never did, cracks in marble at entrance, front automatic doors one side didn’t open or closed so they sorta left it open so cold air came in atrium, pool area had water leaks in ceiling thru light fixtures, bar was never open hot tub broken smelled in hallways of **** and pretty sure some kind of couples service being ran out of one bedroom on our floor. Would never go back and we paid way too much $ for 3 days very dissatisfied would never refer anyone I know there.
