We were in the area for activities at Mount Washington and accommodation options are very limited. We chose this option due to proximity to our early morning destination. However, the location leaves a lot to be desired. It is located in a commercial area across from Wal Mart and behind Applebees which may be okay to some but we had hoped to enjoy the city center. Unfortunately, it was too far to walk to town so we needed to drive. The facility itself was okay. It was clean but definitely would benefit from upgrades. Visible wear throughout the hotel both in public locations as well as the rooms. Pool and hot tub were decent but also outdated.

Very nice, clean and friendly. The desk staff were courteous and helpful. The rooms were clean and all items in the room were functional. Although hot and cold breakfast items were available, I stay with the cold items which were exceptional.
