Very convenient location (shops, restaurants, city), clean & very comfortable apartments. Excellent & Professional service from the lovely lady on staff. We stayed at the Apartments in early Dec last year & were very pleased. We came back again this year. Good communication re codes and info for late checkin.
If we need to stay in Melbourne again, we will be back.

Apartment was on second floor and on corner of building so huge balcony. Everything was great. The only thing I didn’t like was no opening window or air conditioning in the bedroom. Was ok but had to run air con all night in lounge room which filtered in.

The towels provided were not clean. They were dirty on one side and clean on the other and so folded so that the clean side was showing.

We enjoyed our stay at the complex, however, we did run into an issue on Saturday night where a loud party was occurring on the floor where we were. As there is no after hours concierge, we were unable to report it. Normally I have no real issue with people enjoying themselves, however, there was a lot of door slamming and unnecessary corridor noise that could have been easily avoided. The party continued until around 2 or 3am causing a very disturbed sleep for our early morning rise. It was disappointing that no form of discount was provided due to the inconvenience.
