I have just arrived at the hotel room lock is broken the manager is acting weird he said leave the room if you don’t like it I am sorry but there is constant problems with room booking through trip.com I am a regular booker if this Carries on I will not do my booking through trip.com I want full refund for this trip and if anything goes missing from my luggage trip.com will have to pay for it thanks Regards Kamran Aslam

Friendly staff, parking out front. Noisy rooms above. Sainsbury’s next door and local takeaways if you dare exit the hotel. Beds hard, but you do get you pay for. It did tick some boxes.

Nice place. Worth a long stay. Friendly and helpful staff. The lift is very useful. Bus stops right outside. Very convenient.

The hotel Heathrow inn is very nice it change a lot than last visit one year ago friendly stuff , good location in Hayes town not far from Heathrow airport nice food in the restaurant . i have enjoyed the night with my friends i would like to come again

Having paid through a third party, I received a series of poorly written emails from the hotel demanding further payment with threats of cancellation. The hotel have refused to answer calls from the booking agent regarding this. Having read the disgraceful reviews on this place, I can only assume the worst, and have now booked elsewhere.

The worst hotel I ever visited. Corridors were dirty. Rooms small and dirty. Beds uncomfortable. No room service. There was cattle for tea and coffee but was too dirty to use. Towels were hygienically harm. Both too small to stand also shower was broken. No shampoo or toothpaste or any such facilities available. I am surprised after so many bad reviews why such hotels are still on booking website

To say this was the worst hotel experience of my life would be an understatement. As soon as I checked in. The person working the desk let me know that front door would be locked once I was checked in. Which was odd. After checking in and going to my room I discovered that the outlet doesn’t work. As I’m walking down to the front desk to let the person working the desk know. They tell me “Stay in your room!” Is this a Hotel or a prison? I let them know the outlet was not working. Which I need to charge my phone. And they offered no solution. And said they’ll look at it tomorrow. After being there for roughly 2 hours I left and chose to sleep on an airport floor rather than this place. If I could give it a zero star rating I would.

Sorry. Not for me. The most basic of rooms I have ever seen. No bedside tables. No chair or desk. Only one mains plug. View from window was onto a tip of rubbish and building materials. Bathroom had no shelves . Tiny sink with no plug. Didn't dare take a shower for fear of flooding the room. Could hear every word from the rooms next door. Cleanliness was very questionable. Didn't expect the Ritz, but the basics were sadly missing.

Here now and all I can say is it’s awful , 00.15 am and all I can hear is next door , sounds like they are having a party , brilliant when you’ve got to get up for 4.45 to catch an 11-5hr flight !! no respect whatsoever for other guests !! Door handle held on by 2 screws , broken window that won’t close or lock , I pot of milk for 3 people , hole in the door , looks like someone’s punched it , only good point is the location , it’s close to many shops and food places

We stayed for 1 night and we were disappointed. We weren’t expecting it to be to Premier-Inn standard or anything, however we felt the quality of the room was below the bare minimum: there were stains in the bath, the tap was missing completely, there was no hand soap, and the beds were rock solid. Also, the bed sheets had a few stains and hairs on them. Now looking at previous reviews of the room, it’s a shame that the owners seem to not have taken on board any of the criticisms that have been left over the years to try and improve things, as it has a lot of potential to be a lovely place to stay.

I was booked in for 3 nights and what a mistake. The room was dirty, Toilet seat broken, shower head broken and hanging off. Signs of a water leak at some point as no skirting board, rusty pipes to a rusty dirty radiator and laminate floor was curling up. Electric cables taped up and dangerous. Broken handles on the windows, so you couldn't open them. Dark blue light in the bathroom so you couldn't see what you were doing.

This place is vile. Very noisy,very uncomfortable beds. Dirty shower,no mattress protectors.. Kept awake most of the night and woken early by a crowd on the landing. Can't fill kettle,as it won't fit under tiny sink. Lose railings going upstairs. Smells too. All bad reviews are accurate. Total rip off . Would not stay here again if you paid me too.

ZERO Our family of 7 booked 3 separate rooms to stay for one night which cost us around £75.00 per room. When we arrived we found to see that the photos on *********** do NOT represent what the state of this “hotel” is in. We refused to stay due to SAFETY & HYGIENE and SAFEGUARDING Concerns to allow our two young children stay (a baby and a child with disabilities) A cot was requested and not given 1) All three rooms were in a very poor condition - dirty, broken, damaged and smelling. Tiles broken and curtain rails falling down - damaged walls to holes and dents. Much more too. 2) all three rooms were on ground floors and windows wouldn’t lock - they had appeared to be broken in and the safes in the room had been broken and damaged by what I presume someone trying to rob/steal. There walls outside surrounding the broken windows were covered in broken barbed wire where someone must of cut trying to break in and enter the rooms. 3) electric faults throughout all three rooms - lights not working, damaged wires, a lamp on the floor in the bathroom instead of a ceiling light. Which is highly dangerous is the walk I shower was leaking and the toilet - water was heard and seen to be running outside of one of the windows in one room where electrical wires were outside where water was nearly if not touching. 4) STAFF - staff were not friendly, or polite in anyway. They did not care about our upset/complaints just laughed and shrugged their shoulders - no refund was given to us - we were told to chase up with ***********. An older gentleman and older lady seem to be running/managing the hotel (it is also a bar/food and Turkish smoking place) They were very unhelpful, rude and they have refused to contact *********** and ourselves to follow up with our complaint/refund It has been a couple of weeks and no sign of a refund have been given. Please DO NOT go there and always check reviews on Google along with other sites - *********** do not do checks as they are allowing this hotel to advertise wrong details and photos. It was worse than a hostel or jail you see in horror movies - I’ve seen better rooms and hotels in The Walking Dead Tv show!
