The room was quite spacious and even had a balcony, though it felt like it hadn't been cleaned thoroughly before I arrived. The bathroom was missing toilet paper, and the towels had some dust on them, so I had to go to the front desk to get new ones myself. A pleasant surprise was the in-room washer and dryer, which dried clothes really fast! The kitchen was large and fully equipped, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Just a heads up, there's a 200 AUD deposit required upon check-in.

Pros: Excellent location. Cons: Poor hygiene, lack of privacy, and broken amenities. I was very disappointed with my stay. The interior atmosphere is quite gloomy due to the cheap, mismatched, and worn-out furniture. * Hygiene: The washing machine was full of stagnant, smelly water. I attempted to drain/turn off the water, but the plumbing didn't work properly. * Cleanliness: The balcony was littered with trash from neighbors above, making it impossible to use. * Privacy: All the windows face directly into a nearby office, meaning you have no privacy unless the blinds are closed constantly. Overall, the "budget" price does not justify the lack of basic cleanliness and maintenance.
