Sleep Inn & Suites

Very friendly staff and clean accommodations. We were there four nights and enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast was great, very clean great staff , The comfort of the beds is like sleeping on a cloud

Check in was easy, room was nice and clean, breakfast was ok, overall a pretty nice stay. I would definitely stay here again as opposed to staying inside Wichita city limits.

Pool and hot tub were inside but the hot tub jets were not working (or the switch to start was not to be found). We thought the breakfast would be similar to what we had earlier in the week at the Norman OK location—or better since it was a weekend but the breakfast was not nearly as good (cheap sausages without casings, no french toast sticks).

I had a King room and the bed was really comfortable. The staff was very friendly. They have breakfast in the mornings with fresh waffles. Also great parking and convenient and close enough to the next city, which is Wichita 15 minutes away.

Restaurants are not very close the only one in walking distance is Sonic. The lady that checked me in over charged me and I didn't know until I checked my checking account because she said she would email me a receipt which she didn't. When I brought up the overcharge to her she proceeded to tell me she wasn't sure but she thinks the hotel charges a hold for a one night stay plus the charge for my stay. This didn't make any sense because the hotel doesn't state that it holds a deposit or takes a deposit. When I told her that she just kept telling me the same thing. I told her I needed to talk to the manager about this and she told me he would be in in the morning so even though I knew I was over charged I couldn't get it fixed because there was no one there that had any knowledge of what happened or to get the charge reversed.

The bed was pretty fantastic! Sheets were soft, the bed was comfortable, and it was clean and quiet!

We didn’t use the gym or pool so I can’t speak about those amenities, the elevator could definitely use an update the carpet was grossly stained and the walls were written on. We chose the hotel because it was close to the concert we were going to and “check in” is at 2pm, we tried checking in a little after 4pm and the customers infront of us as well as the ones behind us all had to wait for our rooms to be cleaned still. We had to wait for the front desk women who was clearly overwhelmed to ride the elevator up check which rooms were going to be ready the soonest to book us into THAT room, the organization was just terrible an there HAS to be a better system. The condition of the lobby and hotel in general were both good, but staffing, organization, and management needs work.
