Holiday Inn Express & Suites HEATH - NEWARK by IHG

Room was clean and breakfast was great. The water from the shower was barely warm and should have more than two towels in the room.

Great place. Clean, staff was good, rooms are great The only thing I didn’t like was that you could not turn on the fan to run constantly (to block noise) It was a quiet place so didn’t need it. Overall, terrific HI Express.

The staff was super friendly and this is no reflection on them. Our room had suffered water damage and shouldn’t have been rented until properly restored, especially with costing nearly $200 per night. We sought out what we thought would be a higher end stay and we’re disappointed by that.

The bathroom sink leaked and the tub didn’t drain well. The water pressure wasn’t that great and the water didn’t get that hot. Other than that it was good.

This hotel appears to be fairly new and is very updated. Super comfy and convenient to local attractions. The breakfast was great, parking was ample, staff were super nice and helpful.

No hot water. No lightbulb in one of the lights in our room. Asked the front desk for one and never got one. Desk attendant was not attentive. Flashing light on emergency light in room was obnoxious so we didn't sleep well.

Stayed there because of the pool. Pool was durty and freezing so my kids couldnt even swim. And there was no clean towels in the pool area. Our room was clean and the staff was very nice and friendly. I will never stay there again because of the pool area was we had to hang out in our room.

Staff was friendly and amenities were present, however the the property looked rundown in certain areas. Also I received stained towels in the bathroom. But the room was big in size and nicely decorated, came with a microwave & fridge. Overall I stayed here for work but wouldn’t stay here again.
