在這家住了很久 她傢什麼房型基本上我都住過 但是我始終定的都是大床房 因為我每天去的比較晚 大多數情況下房型都是幫忙升級的 我無所謂房間大小 是否升級 是否是高級大床房 我關心的是 我住過高級雅緻 但是基本上房間都很冷 大多數房間的空調都是不好用的 我住過的房間衹有一個房間是空調好用的 每天八九點鐘 很準時的 房間門口嘰嘰喳喳 亂的很 房間打掃就更不敢去多要求了 桌子上的油都還在桌上沒有擦 被單上有很多血漬 不知道是洗滌公司沒有洗乾淨 還是每天都沒有查房的 我白天基本上不在 也不耽誤查房 希望繼續改進 我們也心甘情願再次消費

第一天入住時候的前台美女服務挺好的，很熱情開朗的美女，想要安靜點的房間給調到了朝內院的房間，但是入住後碰到個問題，不確定是樓上還是隔壁，時不時會來回拉下凳子，聲音特別大，半夜了還時不時會拉騰兩下，第二天反饋到前台，另外一個前台美女第一反應是直接否認了會有這種情況，這個確實不太能接受，我也並沒有提其他要求，衹是反饋遇到的情況，希望以後能酒店注意下儘量避免類似情況，所以服務理念還是需要整體統一一下吧，個人覺得如果是第一天的美女應該會有不同的處理方式。最後退房的時候我自己無意間拉了下凳子發現應該跟凳子本身有很大關係，凳子本身是金屬的腿，中間還是中空的，跟地面摩擦的時候會有很大而且很刺耳的聲音，酒店在凳子腿上加個合適的防滑墊應該就能解決，成本也不會太高，希望酒店能及時跟進處理這個問題，最後祝生意興隆吧！另外還有個小問題，屋裡香薰味道有點濃了，建議換個清淡點的或者讓客户主動選擇是否需要吧
