Ruineng CEO International Hotel (Hefei South Railway Station Ningguo Road Food Street)

I have never stayed in this kind of hotel before. The environment and service are both bad. When I heard the noise from the corridor, I thought it was because the door was not closed properly. After searching for a long time, I found that the noise was coming from the window. I thought the big curtains were windows, but when I opened them, I saw a wall with a very small window on the side still facing the corridor. So I asked to change to a room with a window that was not in the corridor. I was told impatiently that there was no room. The price was the same and I could change it by paying more. Also, it was obvious that these slippers had not been washed and there was a strong foot odor! ! ! Later, when I was taking a shower, someone kept knocking on the door without saying anything (the knocking was very hard, very scary), as if it was a war. When I asked what was going on, I asked the waiter to deliver something. I said I didn't ask for anything, and the waiter said it was for our room. I emphasized again that we did not ask for any action before we left. What happened one after another makes people extremely angry. I have never stayed in such a bad hotel👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

The rooms are very bad. Most of the rooms have no windows and the air is not circulated. The breakfast is so bad that I will never come back to this hotel again.

Overall, it was very poor. There was very little paper in the bathroom, not to mention the napkins in the room. It was the first time I saw plastic foam in the tissue box (see picture). The breakfast was average and the price was quite expensive, not to mention the service.

I checked in on the night of the 21st and booked a deluxe family room 1378. When I arrived at the hotel, the front desk clerk's attitude was extremely bad. He didn't know what to do and didn't smile. It really ruined the good location of the hotel. I will definitely not book it again next time. This hotel is over.

The hotel renovation takes a long time, and the supporting facilities and sanitary environment need to be improved!

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The quilt was wet and I asked the waiter to change it. After a lot of nagging, the hotel started to renovate at 7 o'clock in the morning. The electric drill and hammer kept working.
