Reviews of Airport Hotel Hefei

Customer service not gd enough. No greeting when I arrive. When morning I check out. The man never iron his shirt. Like just wake up. With breakfast but nothing can b arrange. I left w/o breakfast. Sad.

If you need a sleepover close to airport, this is the best option and it comes with free breakfast and airport shuttle transfer. However, my room was very cold even with heater max out (started out at 18 degrees and by morning reached 21 degrees only) so we have to sleep with winter jackets on!

Hotel staff was unable to assist me to take the bus shuttle. Weather was very cold and the bus driver at the said waiting point was not there for hours. In the end my family decided to stay inside airport for the next flight in next early morning.

Was convenient for the airport - however the shuttle bus from the airport was hard to find/locate/arrange (needed to call hotel first and wait at a specific location but location not clear). Hotel has a good convenience store on the ground floor. Room was OK, looked a bit tired...needed renovating but adequate. Many airline staff staying here.

Very convenient because the bus service to the airport really good.

Location close to the airport

Located near to hefei airport. Free Shuttle bus to/from airport. Grand lobby but rooms are old and no renovation done for years. Wall Aircon controller cannot be use as the screen cannot be see. Breakfast is better than normal hotel.

Location is pretty close with airport, they provide shuttle bus, but we arrived almost midnight and there's no bus there, luckily I met someone in airport whom very helpful to call the hotel, and the hotel send big car to pick us up at the airport. Room was very spacious and clean, just the wooden floor seems very old, need refurbish. Bathroom is very spacious and clean too, but if you can put heater in the bathroom will be great, coz bathroom is very cold. Breakfast was okay, many choices, and we like it, not fancy but its okay.

The bed is rock hard and only one cushion. Not a good nights sleep. There is an alarm in the hotel which go off every half an hour which make a good nights rest impossible.

Clean and nice reception desk

It is very close to the airport and the hotel has their own transfer services between the airport and the hotel. Will definitely recommend it if you have early flight to catch up.

The hotel is surrounded by beautiful environment! Facilities: Complete, the bed is soft, comfortable and breathable! Hygiene: Clean, tidy, beautiful, Service: The airport pick-up service is thoughtful and meticulous, giving people a feeling of being at home!

The hotel closest to the airport🏨, mainly for flight crews and flight attendants. Classic decoration, complete facilities. The front desk guy is warm and professional. The parking lot in the hospital is large and free for guests.

The room is clean and tidy, the breakfast is delicious, the front desk service is warm, the parking space is large and convenient, and there are many restaurants around.
