Grand Hyatt Hefei

My stay at this hotel exceeded my expectations. The location is excellent, with convenient transportation. The staff, especially Shirley, were all very warm, friendly, and professional. Overall, it's a hotel with great value for money!

The room had a fantastic view, right over the Olympic Sports Center where concerts were held. Shirley, the guest relations manager, was incredibly warm and helpful; she provided amenities for our child and extended our check-out time, which made our trip much more convenient. The hotel's location is excellent, with MixC Mall right downstairs and not too far from the high-speed train station.

The hotel service was very attentive and warm, especially Shirley, our butler, who was thoughtful in every detail. The room was also very spacious, clean, and well-equipped. We'll definitely come back again.

The Grand Hyatt Hefei, a cloud-top five-star hotel in the government district, was renovated in 2019, but it's exceptionally well-maintained, and my overall stay exceeded expectations. It's perfect for family trips and short getaways. The hotel is located on the upper floors of the China Resources Building, with direct access to MixC World downstairs, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. Taxis to Luogang Park and Anhui Museum are a reasonable distance, ensuring easy travel. The overall design blends Huizhou architectural elements with modern luxury, themed around 'Peach Blossom Spring.' The art installations in the lobby are elegant and captivating. All guest rooms are above the 43rd floor, featuring panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook Swan Lake. In the evening, the city night view creates an amazing ambiance.

The room was absolutely stunning!! The front desk helped arrange a room with a view of Swan Lake, which was incredibly beautiful! The room was also very spacious and even had a walk-in closet. Getting around was super convenient, and everyone was so warm and friendly! The breakfast had a great variety and was delicious, and the views were fantastic – you could basically overlook the entire city of Hefei from almost anywhere. It was a wonderful trip! A special shout-out to Kenny, haha. I lost something, and he immediately helped me find it and sort everything out. There was always someone available to help with luggage both up to the room and down. It was a truly excellent travel experience, and I'll definitely be back next time! ovo

I stayed here a few years ago and had a great experience, so when I was passing through Hefei again, I chose the Grand Hyatt! The service is consistently excellent, and they even upgraded me to a suite for free. The first time I stayed here, I was also in a suite, and I really love the layout of the suites. The living room is quite spacious, the TV can cast content, and the night view from the corner window is absolutely fantastic! The soundproofing in the room is good, which is great for light sleepers. The lighting design is also very reasonable, the air conditioning is comfortable, and it has a double-sink vanity. The only minor drawback is that it's not a smart toilet. There are a limited number of parking spaces in front of the hotel. Although I called ahead to reserve a spot and was told they'd call back, I never received a call. When I arrived, I waited a bit, and a car just happened to leave, so I got a spot. I think this point is a slight deficiency; their internal coordination wasn't great. The location is excellent; MixC shopping mall is right downstairs. But every advantage has its disadvantage – it gets very congested! There's no robot delivery for takeout, so you need to pick it up yourself, but if you contact the butler, they can help deliver it. Overall, the stay was quite good. I'll definitely choose the Grand Hyatt again next time I'm in Hefei!

I noticed a strange smell in my room late at night. After contacting Heidi, the manager, she immediately moved me to a much better room. The service response was incredibly prompt. The hotel's Chinese restaurant also served delicious food, with dishes from various cuisines. The skyline view was beautiful.
