If you go to the site and see what a mess your hotel has become. Only one of the three elevators can be used for freight. The bathroom is leaking and the tiles look like they were gnawed by a dog. The hotel environment is OK, but the service attitude, room hygiene, and facilities are very poor. The location is good, Wang Lu at the front desk is attentive and enthusiastic, and the room type adjustment is good. I am used to coming here on business trips. Xiao Jiang, the front office manager, is also professional, understanding and helpful as always.
