You get what you pay for, I guess. I stayed there for over a week and no one came in to change the trash, toiletries, sheets, or duvet covers. The walls were patchy with paint, the comforter was the kind with a rough, unfinished surface, the pillows were yellowish-black, the toilet had no lid, the trash can didn't have bags, and there was no toilet paper. It felt like the person next door was painting right above my head. There was absolutely no soundproofing. The only good thing was that nobody bothered me.
