Nice place with backward technology. Restaurant on level 2 has no way to access easily. Had to brave the cold to go out of the hotel to get my takeaway from a box that uses WeChat.

The location of the hotel is very convenient for those who have meetings next to South Railway station. The room was clean, breakfasts and dinners are very tasty and worth your money. The only disappointment was the staff at the registration desk who couldn’t give me the exact information which I asked, because the level of English speaking was very low. As a fact I spent more money then I planned, because I got the wrong information at the reception desk on the price of services which provides this hotel.

On the last day of 2024, I checked into the Four Points by Sheraton Hefei Baohe. The hotel should have been open for a while, but the maintenance and hygiene are very good. The lobby has a festive atmosphere. The most important thing is that the service at the front desk is really considerate. It's a pity that I didn't see the name clearly. The smile was very good.
