給我愛人訂的房間，到了前台要求先登記後看房。我愛人沒有經驗就照做了。結果非常不滿意：房間和走道悶熱，開房間門開不開，上下跑了三次，跟前台聯繫還不給退房不給取消，理由是已經登記了。房間內衞生很不好，蟑螂不少。不知道去哪兒APP上面那些5星的是不是拖！
