入住滿意，整潔，服務好，性價比高，推薦，客房空間大，非常好聞，大浴缸，地毯，落地窗，視野開闊，對着湖和公園，很安靜，交通方便，裝修氣派，出去一趟後回來發現，房間已經被服務員周敏打掃完了，很乾凈，下次還會再來的

隱藏的高性價比酒店，五鑽。免費給我升到46樓。
優點：酒店大堂很氣派，房間面積很大53平，酒店位置也很好。服務也不錯，會主動幫拿行李。早餐種類也比較豐富。
缺點：年代稍微久了點，房間有點味道，通通風還好。開發票搞錯一次，系統有待提高。
整體來説這個價格還是比較值的。

服務一般，大冷天洗澡水衹有37℃，還説建議不要洗澡。設備檢查説我們條件就這樣，無語。毛巾裏還有頭髮，此為五星酒店嗎？。以往我出差北城都常住這裏，此次感覺槽透了。我能説店大欺客嗎？哎

進門的門鎖很不智能，不方便，最開始的卡也沒給刷磁導致無法進門，體驗感一般，早餐很應付，什麼都沒有，不符合五星級酒店的標準，設施也比較陳就，也就大堂裝修的很好，價格不高，但體驗感一般。

老牌酒店還是不一樣的，之前的老五星了，現在新五星絡繹不絕的出來，但不光從位置到裏面的裝潢來説，老五星還是值得肯定，商圈也在附近、住的房型正好可以看到湖景，出門就是梅沖湖不管是旅遊也好、度假散心也罷，這裏都是值得來的，不能讓之前的老五星沒落了，夏天來散心的時候可以帶上泳衣，樓下的泳池還是計較乾淨的，冬天算了泳池太冷了，去汗蒸還差不多
