This hotel is great. I love the fact the staff are so friendly and kind. Specially asst.manager Joanna Zhai. She was really helpful during our stay at the hotel. She made sure that our stay at the hotel was warm and satisfying. Attended to every need we had at once. Really appreciate her efforts. Breakfast in the hotel was nice but same. Wish it was a different experience everyday. The hotel was really clean and well maintained. My daughter really had a good time in the hotel and she was very sad to leave. Hope to return soon for another good getaway. Thanks to all staff from the hotel security bell boy reception guest relation staff house keeping and the management. I highly recommend the family suit if you are traveling with kids. You will definitely have a relaxed time while your kid will be enjoying the room.

I often live in Atour Hotel, but the lobby of Atour Hotel in Beijing Commercial and Trade City is one of the few spaces I have seen. It makes me feel very comfortable. I still don’t use its treadmill. It’s different from other Atours. Later, I learned that it is the latest treadmill. The staff behind were also very enthusiastic to introduce me to the operation and use of the treadmill. It was very nice and I liked it very much. The breakfast is also good, the main end time is late, I can eat it, and I will stay at this hotel again next time.

Atour's experience is as good as ever. Before check-in, I will call in advance to ask if there are special requirements. The front desk will help me choose the most suitable room according to my own requirements. This is really intimate. Breakfast was also given free of charge at check-in. The check-in efficiency was very fast. I brought the children and prepared the baby's bathtub and toys. It was really good. I experienced Atour's platinum supper and fruit for free at night. The room was very large and the facilities were very complete. Quiet and hygienic, The bedding was very comfortable, there was a small refrigerator in the room, drinks, tea, mineral water, and the service was particularly good. Convenient parking, excellent location, convenient transportation, breakfast beef noodles and rice dumplings are really our favorite, sir and I are full of praise, no hesitation to upgrade Atour's gold card members, the next day we have something to give us free late check-out, hahaha left the store to send water is still hot, It is really very considerate and very user-friendly for the guests.
